How it Work
The User will fill out the form below or via the contact page. You will need to include Name, Email, Contact telephone, description, historical information (date purchase, family heirloom etc), upload images of jewellery and any relevant paperwork i.e receipts, valuation certificates.
You will receive an approximate offer based on info provided. Your offer will be subject to seeing the jewellery piece. You will have a choice to have a fully insured and prepaid shipping package sent to you with postage instructions or you can make an appointment to bring in the item. For special circumstance we may be able to visit you.
Once goods are received next day by our expert team, Trade Your Jewels will send you a revised offer either emailed or discussed over the phone. If you accept the quote. Trade Your Jewels will Immediately execute payment direct to your bank account. If you are unhappy with the quote, the jewellery Item will be shipped back to you fully insured for next day delivery.
NB in some circumstances some jewellery will need to be sent on to gemological labs for further testing. Clients will be asked prior to sending for their approval. This may incur costs depending on the case
